Central Medical Services Society Delhi Recruitment 2014 (CMSS) Assistant General Managers

Central Medical Services Society (CMSS) Delhi is looking for professionals at Middle Management Level to support the on-going efforts for having an efficient system in place, and has openings for the following posts on Contract Basis. Eligible persons apply on or before 30th April 2014.


About: Central Medical Services Society has been constituted as a Central Procurement Agency under Department of Health & Family Welfare. The Society will be responsible for procuring goods and store them in warehouses across the country for distribution to State Governments for many National level projects.

Age Limit: 40 Years as on 1st January 2014.
Salary: Rs.1,00,000/- per month (Consolidated) subject to Tax Deduction.
Educational Qualifications:
AGE -Drugs Procurement ->
(1) A Post Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnological preferably with experience in martial management. 
(2) Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in procurement, out of which at least 3 years of extensive experience in procurement of drugs / vaccines / contraceptive for public health / healthcare commodities under domestic & external aided projects. 
(3) Exposure to E-procurement is desirable.
AGM - Quality Assurance ->
(1) M.Pharma / M.Sc in Chemistry / Post Graduate in Biotechnology preferably with experience of ISO certification of Drugs, Vaccines and other health care commodities. 
(2) Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in inspection of healthcare goods, out of which at least 3 years of extensive experience in inspection. Testing and quality assurance of drugs. vaccines and other healthcare commodities under domestic and external aided projects. 
(3) Exposure to E-Procurement is desired.
AGM - Logistics ->
(1) An Engineering degree preferably with experience in material Management & Logistics. 
(2) Minimum 10 years of experience in material management / Logistics, out of which at least 3 years of extensive experience in procurement of Drugs and supply chain management of healthcare commodities in public health environment. 
(3) Exposure to E-Procurement is desired.
